My Dream elixir was designed to induce dreams which appear very lifelike, sharp, and intense.
It contains tinctures of three powerful herbs which are known to induce vivid dreams:
- Ginkgo biloba
- Artemisia (Mugwort)
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)
Ginkgo biloba is a powerful herb which does not just induce vivid dreams as well as improve dream recall due to its ability to increase blood flow in the brain, but also makes sure the other ingredients of this elixir reach the brain.
Ashwagandha dreams are often reported to be strange, vivid, fascinating, and enjoyable. It also improves dream recall and may increase the chances of experiencing lucid dreams.
My Dream Elixir can also prevent bad dreams and recurrent nightmares because it contains Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), which not only relaxes nervous tension, but also renews and revivifies the nervous system. Nightmares is one of its specific indications. So is restless sleep.
The herbs included in this preparation tone and nourish the nervous system rather than suppress dreaming in order to cause a rebound effect.
Also, the herbs are not sedating so there’s no problem of taking this preparation even during the day for an enhancement of well-being and no risk of next-day hangover.

Dose: 1-2 teaspoons one hour before you want the effect to kick in.
It is recommended to use it before a nap or after about 4-5 hours of nocturnal sleep, though it can also be taken before sleep at night.
It may take up to 1-2 months for effects to fully manifest.
To avoid ingesting alcohol, mix into a cup of hot water and let the alcohol evaporate.
Keep in mind that this formulation can help prevent bad dreams; it is not a long-term solution in cases in which the nightmares are caused by an underlying issue (e.g., Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, using certain medications, etc.). In such cases, I recommend scheduling a sleep consultation.
For even a stronger vivid dream induction effect or if you want to fall asleep faster and sleep better, combine with my Sleep Elixir, which contains two sedating herbs with vivid dreaming as a side effect: Valerian and Passionflower.
The reason I do not include Valerian and Passionflower in my Vivid Dreams elixir is because some people prefer to use it for vivifying other states of consciousness, such as wake-induced lucid dreams and astral projection, which require remaining awake and alert while letting the body fall into sleep.
