I’m a certified sleep coach, providing service for people who suffer from insomnia among other problems.
Since sleep affects so many different parts of our lives, you will be amazed how much you can improve your life and health simply by getting better sleep.

Coaching is a relationship between a coach and a client in which the coach trains, supports and guides the client in achieving his or her goals. Health coaches focus specifically on helping their clients deal with health issues. Sleep coaching is a sub-specialty within health coaching, focusing on improving people’s sleeping habits. If you suffer from a sleep disorder, your sleep coach will guide you through the process of getting evaluated by a sleep physician and going through a sleep study, if needed. S/he will also be able to “audit” your daily schedule, diet, exercise and other lifestyle factors that may be negatively affecting your sleep. Finally, the coach will create a step-by-step action plan to help you achieve your goals and provide support throughout the process.
I’m also trained in energetic healing, guided imagery, rebirthing therapy and meditation instruction. I provide one-on-one sessions of healing, including remotely.
