Drawn into the mesmerizing world of sleep by a fictional character, the Dream Merchant, from a game I once played, my casual interest in dreams evolved into an in-depth exploration of lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences, and the critical significance of sleep. As I delved deeper, I became acutely aware of the escalating challenges posed by modern sleep disorders. This revelation ignited my purpose: to shepherd individuals towards restorative, quality sleep.
This burning passion propelled me on an intensive educational odyssey. I earned a B.A. in Behavioral Science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo, Israel, with a keen focus on Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. My insatiable drive to grasp the depths of the human psyche and physiology then steered me to Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine. I immersed myself in Spiritual Psychotherapy, Clinical Nutrition, and Clinical Herbalism and trained to become a Meditation Instructor and Hypnotherapist.
With an urge to further my expertise in sleep, I became a certified Sleep Science Coach through the Spencer Institute.
Beyond my formal education, I’ve sought additional knowledge, diving deep into medical textbooks and scientific journals. This continuous self-driven learning underscores my commitment to offering the best to my clients.
